How long does a return service expire after purchasing? Is there a charge?

You can request for a return within 15 days upon receipt, but kindly note you have to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted.

Items are exclusived for return

Below items can’t be returned, including:

 1. Clearance items

2. Customized items

3. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Defective & Damaged Issues

we recommend you to inspect your items within 48 hours upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either provide a replacement of the item or its required parts to ensure that it operates as it should be.


Please kindly provide photos of your damaged/wrong (only) items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. For damaged /obvious defective products we will refund you fully or partially or send spareparts to you as agreed quickly after checking detailed photos. All products have to be returned in their original condition with the original packaging to qualify for a full refund of the original amount paid for thr product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too and it’s out of our control for that.
