How long will delivery take ?
Currently all of our orders will be shipped from China by E-packet, USPS, EMS,China Post Air Parcel which are the shipping ways that our free shipping price is based on. shipping time varies by locations. normally 15 to 35 business days, max delivery time 45 business days, kindly note this does't include 2 to 5 product processing time.
Can I request to expedite my shipping?
Our normal free shipping methods are economic or standing class, do contact us for a quote for fast shipping if items are required urgently.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Kindly carefully check the order information before submitting, all orders can be cancelled before shipped, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel or make changes of the order.
Would my order be delivered together, if I ordered several items ?
Normally we will send your order separately but sometimes we may send together in one package, it depands on packing dimension and weight, an email will be sent out to keep you noted once shipped.
How do I know if you've received my order?

Do you have a warranty on your lights?
Yes, we do have! 6 months warranty on all of the lamps matching with normal light bulbs ( E27/E26/E14/GU10/G9/G4), 1 year guarantee on all LED lights ( mainly for LED driver ). However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of free bulbs provided to you. If it’s a patent defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest.
Do you accept custom order ?
Yes ! Just email us with detailed description of your requirements, we will get back to you once get it and it may take sometime to give you a quote on product & shipping.
Does The Price Include Tax Or Tariff？
Tariff is not included. Tax is only included for UK customer (order amount under 150 euros.)
