Custom Order

We are specialized in lighting field for more than 8 years, working with many qualified manufacturers, we are striving to meet your special needs and creating beautiful living space with right mood. 

Generally we will follow the below procedure

• Email us with photos if you have and specify your requirements (including product dimension, quantity, expected delivery time, etc).
• A confirmation email will sent to you after we receive your enquiry, it may take 1 – 3 days to get back to you with a quote depending on items.
• Once order is confirmed, we will send invoice and arrange production as soon as possible after payment is done, we accept paypal and bank transfer payment for custom order.
• When product is ready, we will arrange shipping and keep you noted with tracking details untill you get it.
